A small, values-driven digital agency is looking for a Senior SEO Analyst who actually gives a damn about their work.

This isn't a "crank out deliverables" kind of role. You'll own client relationships, build real strategies, and have the autonomy to do SEO the right way, without the noise of a big agency machine.

The work:
You're leading SEO strategy for a handful of clients, running technical audits, surfacing insights, and translating them into clear recommendations that actually get implemented. You're the person clients trust, and your team relies on.

You're probably a fit if:

You have 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally agency-side

Technical SEO is genuinely in your wheelhouse

You've been experimenting with AI tools and have opinions about them

You communicate well — with clients, with teammates, with a blank doc
