Responsibilities
Summary
The Inside Sales Manager will be focused on building and maintaining a highly motivated and results-oriented team representing our clients. This position will work to help create an inside sales culture, increase metrics, brand awareness and market share. This position will work closely with the Program Manager and Client stakeholders to drive results and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement sales plans for assigned territories and programs
Monitor, manage, coach, and support employees in an inside sales environment
Ensure client service levels are met on a consistent basis
Report daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly on sales and operations metrics
Motivate the team to meet and exceed program metrics, goals, objectives, and sales commitments
Develop and implement required processes to drive performance
Coach and develop employees formally and informally to deliver highest level of performance
Evaluate and make decisions about employee performance and provide timely, appropriate feedback utilizing progressive discipline process as needed
Address and rectify employee related problems

Leverage all available process and technology to enhance productivity and results
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other Sales Enablement technologies to manage and report on team performance, sales funnel, and forecasting
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated leadership, motivational, coaching, and influencing skills
Proven experience developing & implementing strategic and tactical plans while delivering positive results
Highly developed operational and process skills
Knowledge of MicroSoft Office & internet applications
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes for efficiency
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or min. two years applicable work experience preferred
2+ years’ experience managing a sales team within a fast-paced sales environment
In-office workdays are required; there will be day(s) designated for working remotely based on schedule assigned
