The Opportunity:
As a digital transformation professional, you will apply your experience and defense knowledge to develop creative solutions and help organizations solve traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.
You will transform and modernize a military headquarters by implementing data management and artificial intelligence advancements. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical professionals to develop and contribute to transformative processes and solutions.
Your role will directly impact a military command by coordinating stakeholder engagements, delivering training to staff, and advancing the data and AI strategy. Opportunities to learn new tools and skills are available, and we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities
Implement and advance data and AI strategies for military commands.
Coordinate stakeholder engagements and deliver training to staff.
Collaborate with technical professionals to develop transformative processes and solutions.
Plan and execute small‑to‑medium‑sized customer events when needed.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience with data, data analysis, or artificial intelligence.
Ability to translate technical concepts into an easily understood narrative for non‑technical audiences or executive leadership.
Secret clearance required.
Bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have
Experience working within Department of War staff environments.
Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience developing or delivering training.
Experience supporting organizational technology strategy development and alignment.
Ability to plan and execute small‑to‑medium‑sized customer events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Top Secret clearance.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $69,400–$158,000 (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, education, experience, and contract‑specific requirements.
