We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Director with a strong background in financial analysis and credit ratings. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our rating and monitoring platform for digital assets.
Tasks
- Aggregating and analyzing data to gain meaningful insights and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data.
- Prepare and write comprehensive rating reports, including conceptualization, data analysis and clear presentation of results.
- Coordinate internal requirements and constraints with developers, marketing, sales and external partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure that research activities and data aggregation meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Seek opportunities to continuously improve data collection, automation, analytics and reporting processes. Keep ahead of industry best practices.
- Improve our holistic rating framework by ensuring the accuracy and relevance of metrics by analyzing market conditions and trends in digital assets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on credit risk and credit ratings; experience with structured finance risk management practices is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenized assets, with practical knowledge of real‑world asset (RWA) applications in digital finance.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks governing digital assets, including emerging standards for compliance and risk management.
- Proficient in data analytics, with hands‑on experience in leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights; familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks for collaborative project delivery.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross‑functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of developing and executing plans based on market research, industry trends, and data‑driven insights.
