What you’ll do

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Solution & International Marketing team, you will own the narrative around Docusign’s solutions for the Human Resources (HR) audience – crafting and sharing Docusign’s story in the most engaging, persuasive way possible. Your expertise in marketing solutions to HR will shine as you collaborate across Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product teams to drive an integrated go‑to‑market strategy and differentiated narrative for buyers and influencers. You will serve as the SME on the challenges, value drivers, and buying journey for the HR audience – responsible for crafting high‑impact messaging, positioning, and content, identifying priority use cases where we have a right to win, defining cross‑functional go‑to‑market sales plays, enabling our field teams with vital content and tools, and building customer‑facing assets that contribute to a strong pipeline for our solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide our field teams with the insights and resources needed to close deals and expand within existing accounts. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Solution & International Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Lead the creation of differentiated positioning, high‑impact messaging, and customer‑facing content that establishes Docusign as the premier solution for HR across the entire agreement lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Growth Marketing to design and execute go‑to‑market sales plays that build a robust pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Enablement by developing the playbooks, training, and tools necessary to help field teams navigate the HR buying journey and close deals faster.
  • Serve as the primary SME on the HR buyer personas, uncovering deep customer insights and market trends to optimize the sales cycle and identify high‑priority use cases where Docusign has a right to win.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employees divide their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, preferably with a focus on tailoring product marketing to the HR audience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred

  • MBA from a top‑tier school or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of engagement targeting HR personas.
  • Self‑starter who can accomplish projects with minimal supervision.
  • Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results‑driven.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear examples of using data for customer insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of working with multiple cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non‑technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and innovative programs that drive product solution adoption.
  • Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable impact.

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

California: $140,000.00 - $225,075.00 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $133,800.00 - $189,000.00 base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base salary
