Sr. Director - M&A Strategy and Corporate Development

**About the Role** We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented **Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development** (M&A) to help shape the company’s long-term growth agenda. In this role, you will lead the evaluation of strategic opportunities across **build, buy, and partner** decisions, monitor the external market and ecosystem, and develop insights that inform company strategy and investment priorities. You will also play a key role in tracking the rapidly evolving AI landscape and engaging with external partners, including startups, venture capital firms, bankers, and other strategic advisors. 15+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, venture, business development, or a related role.Demonstrated ability to assess strategic tradeoffs and make clear recommendations in ambiguous situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven relationship-building skills across founders, investors, bankers, and industry operators. Experience creating executive-ready materials, market analyses, and strategic frameworks. **Preferred Experience** Experience in SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or related technology sectors. Familiarity with corporate development processes from sourcing through diligence and execution.
