Overview
We are a growing national behavioral health treatment provider specializing in substance abuse and mental health services across multiple levels of care. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts, drive patient acquisition, and optimize campaign performance across all digital channels.
This is an on-site leadership role with strong visibility and clear upward mobility for a high-performing marketing professional looking to grow within a national organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives , including paid search (PPC), SEO, and paid media strategy
- Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase qualified admissions and brand visibility
- Manage and mentor internal marketing team members and/or external vendors
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards
- Drive SEO strategy , including keyword research, technical optimization, and content performance
- Collaborate with admissions and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with census goals
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital platforms (paid social, display, retargeting, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing , with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns and Google Ads at scale
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth and lead generation
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience managing budgets and marketing ROI performance
Preferred Experience
- Experience marketing behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare services
- Familiarity with call tracking platforms (e.g., CTM) and CRM systems
- Understanding of compliance considerations in healthcare marketing
