The job shapes and supports retail sales initiatives across national markets**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Directing strategic sales planning and execution to surpass retail store performance and profitability targets* Orchestrating national sales efforts, ensuring CCC Retail Sales team alignment with corporate sales objectives* Leading the development of sales tactics to consistently achieve or exceed targets for a diverse product and service portfolio* Facilitating best practice sharing and recognition programs through sales team meetings and conference calls* Training Territory Managers on new product launches and corporate marketing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness* Forging and cultivating partnerships with national retail chains to optimize sales processes and Retail Sales Representative integration* Synchronizing efforts with local market leaders to maintain coherence with broader market goals and initiatives* Assessing team and individual performance metrics, instituting development plans, and strategically managing customer retention* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
