Vice President Director, Data and Analysis

Responsibilities

  • Manage Global Data and Analytics team and own management of all global paid media reporting
  • Oversee Global reporting network management by acting as key POC across markets and Global clients
  • Responsible for building Global media reporting strategies, measurement frameworks, analytics models & setting measurement KPIs
  • Set annual reporting roadmap and deliverables
  • Assess digital marketing data and systems and identify risks and opportunities to enhance capability development
  • Establish and manage data integrations utilizing a taxonomy nomenclature to make recommendations for data visualization to showcase media performance
  • Lead teams to perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks to ensure the data is processed accurately
  • Adhere to governance rigor of existing data mart processes, procedures, controls, standards, tools and templates (as required)
  • Deliver projects with high precision and within due time
  • Leverage advanced analytic techniques to drive media performance (e.g., site traffic, conversion rates, revenue, ROAS, LTV, etc.), isolate key KPI trends and performance pacing, maximize sales conversion, drive optimizations across media investment and mix, target audiences, and creative messages and forecast critical business outcomes
  • Present complex data and analytics concepts in a simple format to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support, educate and encourage the importance of measurement and support better data collection
  • Develop and distribute reporting roadmaps, playbooks and dashboards
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations in collaboration with strategy and performance teams
  • Host sessions with global and local teams to share knowledge and upskill team members

Qualifications

  • 8+ years cumulative experience within Media, Analytics, and related fields
  • Proven track record of leading the implementation of reporting dashboards across global brands
  • Strong understanding of Media buying/planning/activation data
  • Hands‑on experience with media measurement tools including 3rd‑party ad serving, syndicated research and web analytics
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualisation and BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to a non‑technical audience
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Team management experience
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving skills
  • Experience working with various advanced statistical models and other forms of quantitative analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with international teams is a plus
  • Excellent project management, organisational and presentation skills

  • Familiar with media measurement solutions such as MMM, MTA and experimental design with an understanding of its applications
  • Experience in SQL, R and Python is desired

Compensation Range: $135,375 – $216,684 annually. This range reflects the skills, qualifications and experience required for the role.
