What You Get To Do
Sales Execution
- Oversee execution of all Carbliss SKUs across assigned geography to standardize Distribution, Pricing, Promotion, Display and Merchandising.
- Manage the Sales Team and Direct Reports; work with the team on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly objectives, oversee performance, and train them on the U.S. Alcoholic Beverage Category, Distributor Management & Account Execution.
- Work closely with Carbliss Distributors to ensure proper execution and support for all Carbliss brands at retail across priority channels.
- Prioritize and develop direct business relationships and execution in Retail Chain accounts across channels.
- Identify and gain execution in top markets and accounts that drive majority of overall business.
- Create a Product Specific Distributor Target List and oversee key accounts identified as “Key” on‑ and off‑premise.
- Partner with Distributors and their National Accounts teams to ensure current Marketing programs are discussed, planned, executed and followed up on so resources are utilized effectively.
- Provide monthly distribution status vs. goals and other important sales related reporting.
- Lead key Distributor Annual Business Planning, QBRs and Monthly Meetings.
- Ensure all Carbliss Marketing updates are communicated and executed throughout the geography.
- Review shipment and depletion updates with Manager and provide updates to all Key Carbliss Personnel and Distributors.
Budget Management
- Budget and spend on A&P, G&A, POS and programming dollars to maximize overall shipments and depletions.
- Review all monthly actual vs. spend reports.
- Participate in monthly spend reviews with Accounting & Marketing to discuss significant variances to plan.
- Provide insights to Finance and Marketing on how spending best maximizes A&P usage.
- Ensure POs are routinely set up for all activities to provide visibility to committed spend.
Decision Support & Analyses
- Analyze depletion trends to identify potential risk or opportunity areas; partner with Distributor and Key Accounts to mitigate risk or maximize business opportunities.
- Analyze National/Local Syndicated Data to understand and communicate Sales, Distribution and Velocity trends for market gap analysis.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis on an as‑needed basis relating to Sales Trends, Distribution, Budgeting and Syndicated Data.
- Partner with Distributor Key Accounts to size new business opportunities supporting long‑term growth, understanding volume assumptions, promotional activity, pricing, margins, and incremental A&P and G&A needed.
Business Analytics
- Evaluate sales, distribution, syndicated data and recommend actions and opportunities.
- Work with Distributor Inventory to ensure shipment budgets are on target, monitor wholesaler inventories, manage forecast and flag potential out‑of‑stock.

What We Expect From You
- 5+ years of distributor management in Beer category or Beverage CPG preferred.
- 3–5 years experience developing regional and local key accounts.
- Travel required up to 50%.
- Extensive multi‑market/state alcoholic or non‑alcoholic beverage experience with understanding of key market differences.
- Proven background in influencing executives, senior managers and level personnel with distributors, key accounts and internal partners.
- Experience managing, training and building an effective team.
- On‑ and off‑premise key account experience and responsibility.
- In‑depth Excel, PowerPoint, Word, IRI Data, Nielsen Data experience; VIP proficiency preferred.
- Cross‑functional influencer working with Sales, Key Account, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance teams.
- Successful launch of new brands and maintenance of existing brands.
First 2 Years Time Snapshot
- 60%: Develop current brands across markets and distributor network; program distributor network, set volume & execution goals, monitor on‑ and off‑premise distribution expansion vs expectations and manage general markets.
- 20%: Develop brand across national, regional and local retail chains; build direct relationships with top retail chains; collaborate with internal partners and distributor key account teams to identify key chains and oversee high‑level distribution and promotional execution.
- 20%: Administrative requirements – distributor execution, retailer performance, pricing recommendation, budget allocation, POS/Marketing activities, order tracking, syndicated data analysis and communication.
Year 2
- 70%: Develop current brands across markets and distributor network; program distributor network, set volume & execution goals, manage general markets.
- 10%: Build direct relationships with top retail chains; work with internal partners and distributor key account teams on high‑level distribution and promotional execution.
- 20%: Administrative requirements – distributor execution, retailer performance, budgeting, POS/Marketing activities, order tracking, syndicated data analysis and communication.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively on an occasional basis.

Salary
$130,000 - $170,000 per year
