Public Affairs Volunteer

Public Affairs Volunteer is a part-time, unpaid position focused on supporting a social media project for U.S. leadership at the International Telecommunication Union, requiring 8-20 hours of volunteer work per week for a minimum of 90 days.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of a three-part social media campaign for U.S. elections at the International Telecommunication Union
Coordinate communication strategies to ensure campaign uniqueness while maintaining consistency
Assist the team in achieving project goals aligned with U.S. Federal missions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National studying in the U.S
Enrolled at least half-time in an accredited educational institution
Minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale
Experience in graphics design, creative writing, and social media
Must complete all required onboarding documentation and commit to the volunteer schedule
