We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help manage and perform our marketing and advertising activities. For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be able to manage multiple pipelines of content, with a strong attention to the fine details. Ultimately, your objective is to help Centennial Advisers achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns for both the brand and our property listings.
Centennial Advisers, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, is a quickly growing company with offices currently in Long Beach, Century City, Tustin, Denver and Las Vegas. We are a team of sales agents and support staff specializing in all commercial product types. The support staff is a key part of our organization's success as they perform all tasks that push our initiatives across the finish line. Responsibilities Main point of contact for all property marketing from the Proposal to Closing of the property
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content team to create advertising material (e.g. property packages, third party site postings, social media)
Oversee the marketing timeline and reach all deadlines for each listed property
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
Assist with organizing promotional events
Prepare regular sales forecasting reports
Assist with internal marketing campaigns
Skills Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role is preferred. We will train the right person looking for experience.
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques (Adobe knowledge not required, but highly beneficial)
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, Acrobat (PDF editor), and MS Outlook
Excellent communication and presentation skills - outgoing and ambitious people thrive in this role and culture
Ownership of your work and a passion to help
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred but not mandatory
Organization of many time-sensitive deadlines
Thrives in fast-pace environment!
Attention to detail (in relation to design, writing, and financials)
Team player - happy to help out the whole team wherever needed
We are hiring for our Long Beach office. Looking for someone to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year -Based on experience
