Marketing Coordinator

Co-Dough LLC, Newport, RI, USA

Job type: Seasonal

About Co-Dough
Co-Dough is a sourdough-focused bakery built on a commitment to doing things the right way — high-quality ingredients, no shortcuts, and a lot of care behind everything we make. We’re growing quickly and looking for someone who wants to be part of building something long‑term — not just looking for a job, but a role they can grow into.

About the Role
The Marketing & Social Media Lead is Co-Dough’s first dedicated marketing hire and is responsible for how the brand shows up across social media, email, partnerships, and events. This role owns content creation, photography, posting, and community engagement, while working under the direction of management on overall strategy. Success in this position requires creativity, strong visual instincts, and organization. Critically, the ability to internalize and execute according to the owner’s specific brand voice and preferences is essential for success in this role. This position requires the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with management and occasional outside consultants.

Core Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent posting cadence aligned with brand voice and visual identity

Comfortable taking creative direction from management while bringing your own ideas to the table

Familiarity with email marketing platforms, basic editing tools, or design software a plus
