You will possess and use a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of industrial and personnel management, organization and practices
You will perform analytical work, and administer an extremely complex and diverse program including all aspects of the assigned Team in accordance with objectives and policies and in conformity with DOD contractual regulations
You will have working knowledge of the following processes and procedures as they relate to the management of a major aircraft: Manufacturing Resource Planning, business/financial management; systems acquisition; logistics; and contracts management.
You will demonstrate ingenuity when unconventional problems develop for which a solution is not covered by instructions, directions, or policies
