Marketing And Operations Coordinator

A well-established, regional property management company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a marketing and operations coordinator for a temporary assignment. This position is responsible for assisting corporate and property teams on training, auditing, marketing, and operational support that drive qualified traffic and supports leasing performance. This role also coordinates with on-site teams on various media requests to align marketing initiatives with property goals and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze leasing dashboard weekly and provide feedback for missed opportunities
Compile and analyze weekly occupancy and traffic reports and provide recommendations
Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
Develop content for consistent messaging
Monitor online reputation weekly- draft and post responses to reviews as needed
Update website content as recommended (hours, pictures, pricing)
Assist in completing and auditing various reports
Complete on-site corporate file audits
Source and purchase branded marketing materials for properties
Conduct multi-level training for property staff both on-site and remote
Provide on-site coverage for leave, vacation, open positions, as needed
Qualifications:
Prior multi-family experience required
Previous on-site property management experience preferred
Experience with Yardi and Rent Cafe
Ability to interact with all levels of management and ownership
Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm
