Staff Performance Video Content Producer

This role sits at the intersection of creative production, performance marketing, and data-driven experimentation, focused on building high-impact video content that drives measurable business results. You will lead the end-to-end creation of performance-driven video assets used across paid media, social, and digital campaigns at global scale. The position requires a strong balance between creative excellence and analytical thinking, with a focus on iteration, testing, and optimization. You will design and operate scalable production workflows that enable rapid content generation and continuous improvement based on performance data. Acting as a senior individual contributor, you will also help define standards, mentor peers, and elevate motion design quality across the team. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a creative operator passionate about performance storytelling and scalable video systems.
Accountabilities:

Own the end-to-end production of high-impact performance video assets for global marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Design and optimize scalable video production workflows, enabling rapid iteration, testing, and generation of creative variants.
Translate performance data, A/B testing results, and marketing insights into actionable creative improvements that enhance CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Ensure consistency and quality across all video assets while adhering to brand guidelines and performance standards.
Manage production schedules and oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent video campaigns under tight deadlines.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to align creative execution with business and performance goals.
Develop and maintain modular creative systems, toolkits, and asset libraries to support scalable production.
Mentor and guide other creatives on motion design, storytelling, and performance-driven creative practices.
Contribute to experimentation strategy by identifying new creative opportunities based on data and market trends.
Requirements:

Extensive experience in motion design, video production, or performance creative roles with a strong portfolio of high-performing work.
Proven ability to move quickly from concept to final execution while maintaining high creative quality.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS, with ability to optimize creative based on data insights.
Experience managing end-to-end video production pipelines, including scheduling and large-scale campaign execution.
Strong expertise in adapting and optimizing video assets for multiple channels and formats.
Automate-first mindset with experience building scalable creative workflows and tools for efficiency.
Familiarity with AI tools in video production or creative automation workflows is highly valued.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across marketing, brand, and content teams.
Ability to mentor and guide other creatives while maintaining high standards for design quality and performance.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have: experience working in remote or distributed teams, and familiarity with experimentation-driven creative environments.
