Job Function
The Sales Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to the Sales Project Management team and broader sales organization, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness throughout the sales lifecycle. Responsibilities include quote preparation, opportunity coordination, CRM/ERP data management, and cross‑functional communication.

Essential Functions

Sales Support & Opportunity Coordination: Assist in preparation of customer quotes, coordinate opportunity progression, and maintain data in CRM and ERP.

Demonstration & Sample Coordination: Coordinate product demonstration initiatives, sample shipments, tracking deliveries, and follow‑up actions.

Sales Asset & Content Support: Assist with development of demonstration videos.

Sales Analytics & Reporting Support: Gather, compile, and validate sales and financial data to generate routine and ad‑hoc reports.

Cross‑Functional Sales Operations Support: Liaise between sales, applications engineering, product engineering, service, logistics, and accounting to facilitate communication, issue resolution, and alignment between quoted projects and orders.

Product Sample Management: Maintain accurate records of product samples in the virtual sample tracking system.

Continuous Improvement & Administrative Support: Contribute to process improvement efforts, assist with SOP documentation, and perform additional sales operations duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or a related role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.

Mechanical or technical aptitude to understand product specifications and technical information.

Experience with CRM and ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce and/or Epicor is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Self‑motivated, dependable, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Valid driver's license and must be insurable.
