JOB DESCRIPTION | PRACTICE LEADER
Practice Leaders are responsible for raising the floor of the firm within their practice area. They sit at the intersection of business growth, design excellence, client trust, and people development.
Practice Leaders shape what work we pursue, how we deliver it, and who we become as a team. They are accountable for pipeline health, design quality, client satisfaction, team development, and performance outcomes.
They lead with clarity, conviction, and consistency and they model our core values every day.
HOW PRACTICE LEADERS DELIVER
Practice Leaders live our core values through action:
They elevate design thinking, challenge assumptions, and remove obstacles.
Kick Ass Every Day.
They accept accountability, follow through, and expect high standards.
Check Your Ego at the Door.
They lead collaboratively, develop others, and put the team first.
Do the Right Thing.
They act with integrity in client, financial, and people decisions — especially when it’s uncomfortable.
These values are not aspirational here. They are expectations.
