Join KOMPAN North America as our Digital Marketing Lead and take ownership of digital demand generation across the region. In this role, you will drive high‑quality lead generation, enable sales, and directly support pipeline growth and revenue targets through data‑driven digital marketing. You’ll ensure KOMPAN’s digital ecosystem - paid, owned, and earned - works seamlessly to attract, convert, and nurture B2B prospects across North America. Responsibilities Develop and implement B2B digital marketing strategies in collaboration with KOMPAN North America and Group Marketing teams to support sales and business goals.
Manage and execute demand generation initiatives across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, webinars, and related campaign types, with lead generation as the primary KPI.
Lead account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage high‑value prospects and existing clients.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, sales leaders, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with pipeline goals and revenue targets.
Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365) to optimize lead nurturing and scoring.
Oversee website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization tailored for B2B audiences.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay current with B2B marketing trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing a B2B digital marketing team or agency accounts with proven success in lead generation.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and marketing automation tools.
Experience with SEM (Google, Bing), SEO/AEO, and Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Meta).
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Dynamics 365/Salesforce.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
