Account Executive – Local Media Sales (Draw + Commission)
Location: Wheeling, WV | Full-Time

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new business (calls, visits, networking)

Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers

Create advertising strategies using TV, digital, and streaming

Present campaigns that drive measurable results

Manage and grow an existing account list

Work with internal teams to execute campaigns

Compensation (Transparent & Competitive)

Monthly draw against commission (steady income while you ramp up)

Uncapped commission – no ceiling on earnings

Performance-based growth as your account list builds

What We're Looking For

1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience

Strong communication skills

Valid driver's license

Willingness to learn advertising and marketing solutionsMedia experience is a plus – but not required.
