Your responsibilities include:
Identify promising healthcare candidates utilizing our proprietary tools along with your personal network
Engage with potential candidates to inform them about MLR prospects and assess their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for an in-depth evaluation
Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and facilitate their hiring journey
Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on successful meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
