Job Description
You are a product manager who thrives on working through large scale and complex initiatives that have impact to millions of customers daily. This role will be pivotal in driving a large scale change and approach to our digital card acquisition assets as a full product manager. As a Product Manager in the Card Acquisition Product organization, you are an integral part of the team that is driving significant change across a suite of digital card acquisition experiences. This includes modernization of existing assets, developing and integrating new capabilities and features, and driving next‑gen thinking in how we engage and acquire our customers. We are customer‑focused and changing the way Chase does business and engages with our customers to ensure they have the best and consistent acquisition experience across channels. This product manager will proactively take on a critical mission to assess current state, lead discovery on new growth plans, and then ultimately deliver a full refresh of our customer experiences. They will engage with a wide list of partners and lead the overall delivery and coordination. As a product leader, you are responsible to own the backlog, roadmap, requirements, and partnering with our key partners to deliver and put in production significant changes to how we operate, specifically within the branch. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned product manager to take full end‑to‑end ownership.

Job Responsibilities

Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Be equally comfortable engaging in business, technology, design, data, and analytics discussions with key stakeholders

Can rally the broader organization, align on a clear and focused roadmap, and drive consensus on paths forward

Be able to handle production‑related issues quickly, triage, and drive meaningful solutions

Can craft, weave, and tell a clear value strategy and story to a wide range of stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data, and analytics

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Comfortable writing stories, epics, and requirements overall alongside key partners such as Technology, Design, Data, and Analytics

Proactively challenge the status quo, engage meaningfully, and can drive aligned solutions and intents with a large range of partners

Excellent written and oral communication skills to tell the product value story and roadmap

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

Deep knowledge of Credit Card products, premiums, preapprovals, and related topics

Previous experience in managing web and mobile app CX/UI

Previous experience working with vendors and integrations in digital experiences
