The Marketing Coordinator will focus on strengthening Temple View’s email marketing and social media presence while supporting broader B2C and B2B marketing initiatives. This role manages the day-to-day execution of Pardot email campaigns, drip campaigns, automations, and social media strategy, while also assisting with events, video, website updates, design projects, and vendor support.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and motivated, with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the sales, operations, and executive leadership teams.
Build Pardot email marketing, including campaigns, drip campaigns, automations, and funnel strategies, with a focus on boosting engagement, open rates, and conversions.
Manage social media channels day-to-day: posting, monitoring, engagement, analytics, and maintaining the content calendar.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to complete marketing activities and support sales with opportunities and campaign needs.
Conduct competitor and industry research to inform content, campaign ideas, and overall strategy.
Support campaign coordination, timelines, proofing, and vendor collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Write and proof marketing copy for emails, blogs, social media, websites, and collateral.
Oversee event promotions: email campaigns, social posts, collateral, giveaways, logistics, and coordination with the sales team.
Assist with video concepts and create video content for social media and campaigns.
Maintain and update TVC’s websites (Webflow), including blogs, SEO optimization, and light design work.
Partner with the digital marketing contractor to manage online advertising and reporting.
Build and update spreadsheets for weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing metrics.
Manage collateral inventory, promotional materials, and client gifts, ensuring availability for events and campaigns.
Contribute to content creation across formats (ads, flyers, infographics, videos, eBooks, etc.).
Preferred Skills and Experience
Proficiency in Pardot (email campaigns, drip campaigns, automations) and Salesforce
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-powered tools for content creation and campaign optimization
Knowledge of Webflow or similar CMS platforms for website updates and light design
Experience managing and growing social media channels with a focus on engagement and analytics
Background in video editing or video content creation for social media campaigns
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills across email, web, and social content
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a proven ability to multi-task
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required
2+ years of experience in marketing or coordination roles (internship experience may be considered toward this requirement).
Salary: $50,000–$55,000, full-time with benefits

Location: Hybrid role based in Bethesda, MD (required to be in-office 2 times weekly)
