month contract role/ppJob Brief: This temporary role supports the HSSE Risk Systems team by managing, updating, and maintaining OMS ? controlled documents. The position focuses on document lifecycle control, ensuring compliance with OMS requirements, version governance, and alignment with HSSE risk frameworks./ppDuties and Responsibilities:/pulliSupport the management of OMS-controlled documents, including creation, updates, revisions, and archiving./liliEnsure all controlled documents meet OMS formatting, numbering, and content standards./liliCoordinate with document owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather required updates and verify accuracy./liliMaintain version control and track changes within the controlled document system./liliAssist in preparing documentation for reviews and HSSE compliance assessments./liliPerform quality checks to ensure consistency and alignment with HSSE Risk Systems requirements./liliSupport process improvements for document workflows and governance./liliGenerate reports related to document status, overdue reviews, and approval progress./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli3-5 yrs experience in similar role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent document tasks./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint or similar systems is a plus./liliStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross ? functional teams./li/ulpCompetencies:/pulliExcellent written communication and document editing skills./liliStrong organizational and analytical abilities./liliProfessionalism and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision./liliAbility to manage deadlines and maintain documentation accuracy under time pressure./li/ulpWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements:/pulliRole is hybrid 3 days on site in Westlake, OH and involves extensive computer-focused tasks./liliMust be available to work standard business hours or fixed hours as agreed for the temporary assignment./li/ulpDisclaimer: This job description may not list all duties for this position.
