Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce sectors
Conduct in-person meetings with operations leaders, supply chain managers, and marketplace sellers
Present and promote transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse optimization tools, and e-commerce support services
Educate clients on cost savings, operational efficiency, and scalability benefits
Collaborate with internal logistics and tech teams to support client onboarding
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related fields preferred)
High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive spirit with a passion for results and learning
Ability to travel locally and manage your own schedule
No prior sales experience requiredjust the drive to succeed
