This includes modeling best practices in customer engagement, providing in-the-moment feedback, supporting skill development in the field, and reinforcing process adherence. The Marketing Representative II serves as a peer leader, helping elevate individual and team performance while ensuring consistent execution of marketing standards./ppPosition Responsibilities:/pulliDemonstrate mastery of key brand details with customers regarding RbA products and the sales process. Expertly guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations. Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.(Includes the set-up, teardown of event and retail booth space as needed)/liliResponsible for coaching, field training, and mentoring Marketing Representative I/liliExemplify mastery of a World Class Homeowner Experience by providing clear communication with prospective customers, setting realistic expectations and embodying the Renewal by Andersen Brand Promise and Who We Are documents./liliAttend Team Meetings and training identified by Event and Retail Manager/Supervisor./li/ulpMinimum Requirements:/pulliCustomer Service experience preferred/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills./liliAbility to manage multiple projects and/or time dependent activities/liliFlexibility, cooperation, customer focus, and open to changes in work schedules, processes and team participation/liliPossess a valid drivers license and has reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region/liliEvent/Retail Marketing experience preferred./liliLeadership/Coaching experience required/liliAbility to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others/liliMust be able to lift 50 pounds/liliValid Drivers License with a clean driving record/li/ulpPAY RANGE:/pp$17.48 - $26.22/ppCulture and Benefits:/ppAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
