Your role:
Utilize our proprietary platform, along with your own network, to identify potential healthcare candidates
Reach out to candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
Follow up with leads to sustain interest and facilitate the hiring journey
Maintain comprehensive and current records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
