Responsibilities:
Contribute to a fun energetic team atmosphere!
Contact customers via phone and in person to review their insurance needs and provide comprehensive solutions to meet those needs.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications:
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
