Marketing Account Managers:/pulliExpand and grow our customer base by recruiting new referral sources and trade partners./liliMaintains and grows our existing referral relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and others through office visits and various promotions we hold throughout the year./liliInitiates marketing strategies that support and grow the companys sales objectives./liliPlan and organize multiple marketing promotions and contest throughout the year./liliDevelop

maintain accurate

complete customer files, notes, and track the marketing activities for them./liliCoordinate, promote, plan, and prepare for CE classes we present throughout the year for insurance agents./liliTrack and reward existing referral sources with lunches, prizes, etc./liliMaintain and promote company social media accounts./liliOversee, coordinate and direct our online marking efforts in conjunction with our franchisor/liliOrder and maintain inventory of promotional products and materials./liliPlan and execute various community-based marketing events throughout the year. Golf tournaments, chamber events, charitable events, etc./liliJoin

participate in referral networking through service organizations (Rotary) and referral network groups (BNI)./li/ulpIdeal candidates should possess the following traits and qualifications:/pulliPrior experience in face to face sales and marketing/liliProficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Xactimate,

Dash/liliPrior experience or knowledge in disaster restoration/liliHighly competitive, positive, and results driven/liliGreat presentation skills/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills/liliBe able to receive and implement coaching feedback, and have a good personality/attitude/liliCollege education is preferred but not required/li/ulpBenefits include: Company vehicle, Vacation pay, Paid Holidays, IRA and bonuses.
