Special Sections Sales Representative

We're hiring a Special Sections Sales Representative on behalf of a fast-growing, trusted local media company with a strong presence across the Southwest. We are seeking a driven Special Sections Sales Representative who thrives on prospecting and closing new business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build long-term client relationships while developing a recurring book of advertising business.

Special Sections Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
3-5+ years of outbound or cold-calling sales experience; print or newspaper advertising experience is highly preferred
Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
Strong tenure
Hunter, go-getter who is comfortable making cold calls
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions
Must-haves:
Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs
Experience leveraging a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
Candidates must be able to commute to Tempe, AZ. This is NOT a remote position.
