Demonstrates advanced knowledge and insight of competitor strengths, weaknesses and strategies. Works closely with Regional Business Directors, Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists on developing and executing sales strategy and increasing revenue./liliFocused in selling capital Radiofrequency products at hospitals, surgery centers, and private clinics specializing in interventional pain management and neurosurgery./liliThis is a field-based position responsible for developing new business in an assigned geographical area./liliTranslates business strategy into clear objectives by maintaining pricing strategy discipline, anticipating problems and establishing procedures for meeting goals./liliCollaborates with the Area Vice President, Regional Business Director, Health Economics

Reimbursement and National Accounts teams to increase sales team success./liliPeople: Provides and receives coaching, and open and honest feedback to ensure success. Increases team performance by establishing a spirit of cooperation and cohesion for achieving goals. Builds rapport with clinicians, nurses, technicians and patients to influence sales and usage of Boston Scientific products./liliTechnical: Translates technical and clinical knowledge and information in a way that builds customer and patient loyalty. Provides technical feedback to Clinical, Marketing, Quality and RD./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree./liliMin of 2 years experience in capital equipment, medical device, or business to business sales roles./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliMedical device sales experience./liliOperating room conduct and Hospital, physicians office or Medical Field support knowledge./liliExperience in selling both capital equipment and disposable Radiofrequency products at hospitals, surgery centers, and private clinics specializing in interventional pain management and neurosurgery./li/ulpThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $115,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
