Account Executive Role Overview

This is a high-impact, high-ownership sales role where you'll sell in-demand marketing solutions including paid media, content strategy, influencer partnerships, and livestream commerce. If you're a hunter who thrives on closing deals and wants real earning potential, this role is built for you.
Account Executive Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect mid-sized consumer brands ready to invest in digital marketing
Engage decision-makers (Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, CMOs, Founders) via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and budgets
Present tailored digital advertising and social media solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing
Track pipeline activity using CRM tools and report on progress regularly
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities in the Los Angeles area
Account Executive Requirements

Must Have:
13 years of B2B sales experience (digital advertising, social media marketing, or media sales preferred)
Proven ability to prospect independently (no reliance on inbound leads)
Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation
Understanding of at least one major ad platform (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads)
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Nice to Have:
Existing network with marketing decision-makers at consumer brands
Experience selling full-service marketing or retainer-based solutions
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Compensation & Benefits

Base: $30-$40/hour during ramp (with performance-based increases after 90 days)
Commission: Tiered, uncapped
