divh2Inclined Sales Representative/h2pAt Inclined, we are using modern technology to transform the whole life insurance market by helping all policyholders get the maximum value out of their policies. We are singularly focused on the $1.0 Trillion of cash value in whole life policies today and fixing the legacy problems that have existed in the market for decades relative to how policyholders access their cash value savings. Our platform offers a simple and efficient way to utilize cash value while maintaining the significant tax advantage inherent in whole life policies. Were a well-funded start-up founded by industry veterans from finance, software and life insurance, including the co-founder of Strava and Guidewire./ppIn this role you will capture and maintain relationships with advisors and teams within Northwestern Mutual, Mass Mutual and Guardian. Inclined partners with whole life insurance advisors whose customers are policyholders with cash value savings. You will work with advisors to develop and maintain relationships to be their first choice of a partner to onboard their entire book of business. You are responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with each new advisor and team you bring onboard while continuing to work to add net-new advisors to your growing book of business. Beyond the business development you will understand an advisors needs and the needs of their clients in order to properly convey Inclineds value proposition delivered through the partnership./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliManage your sales pipeline to meet company goals working closely with VP Sales/liliConsistently work to penetrate target accounts within your book of business/liliEngage and ramp relationships with existing advisors through a high velocity consultative sales process where you will average interacting and onboarding advisors and team/liliConduct 1:1 and group pitch meetings weekly/liliManage a high-volume book of business and build strong, durable relationships with advisors to grow their client base on Inclined/liliInform and train advisors clients with up to date product developments and best practices to get the most out of the advisors platform/liliSupport the overall partnership by advocating for the advisor client needs to inform Inclineds roadmap/liliPenetrate and expand the network office with high level relationships: MPs/MDs/CGOs/CDOs to cascade the endorsement to use Inclined convincing additional advisors to join, influencing additional client adds, and ideally influencing the office to adopt Inclined internally/liliPenetrate and expand Guardian and Mass Agencies/liliObtain referrals to CRC Directors for VP of sales to create relationships and engage with our CRC Inclined Resources/liliDeliver comprehensive product demos and answer technical inquiries/liliContribute accurate records and notes to a team-wide CRM/liliCross train among other carriers/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli2-3+ years of experience in sales, particular focus in consumer finance/liliDemonstrated competency with verbal and written communications and the ability to present complex ideas in the right voice for the intended audience/liliSelf-directed with the ability to work independently/liliProven track record of success to be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, manage multiple priorities and strict timelines simultaneously/liliTeam player, accountable, sales minded/liliOrganized and with strong attention to detail/liliSelf-motivated with a sense of urgency and follow through/liliAbility to travel to your accounts across the United States/li/ulpCompensation: Salary and performance-based commissions based on volume production relative to annual targets/p/div
