Corporate Partnerships & Promotions Sales Executive

The Frenso Falcons Hockey Club is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Corporate Partnerships & Promotions Sales Executive to generate new business revenue through the sale of sponsorships, advertising, promotions, and community partnerships. This individual will play a key role in developing long-term relationships with local and regional businesses while helping create innovative marketing opportunities tied to professional hockey and live entertainment. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build relationships within the business community. Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Prospect, develop, and close new corporate partnership accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, appointments, and community engagement.
Sell integrated sponsorship packages including:

Dashboard advertising
Arena signage
Digital and social media sponsorships
Promotional nights
Game-night activations
Community programs
Hospitality packages
Broadcast and streaming sponsorships

Create customized partnership proposals tailored to client marketing objectives
Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and sales activity
Client Service & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners
Ensure fulfillment and execution of sponsorship agreements
Coordinate with game operations and marketing departments to execute partner promotions and in-arena activations
Attend team games, events, networking functions, and community appearances
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and renew partnerships
Marketing & Promotions
Assist in the development of creative promotional concepts and themed game nights
Work collaboratively with marketing staff to maximize sponsor visibility and fan engagement
Help identify new revenue opportunities and partnership platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Minimum 13 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in sports, media, advertising, or B2B sales
Bilingual Speaking/Upstanding (Spanish & English) a bonus
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the game schedule
