What You'll Do
Proactively engage prospects to close new business across multiple product lines
Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell additional protection
Retain and expand existing accounts through high-quality relationship management
Solve complex customer needs while staying laser-focused on revenue growth
Convert warm leads and generate outbound opportunities to maximize production
Who You Are
Confident sales professional with a track record of exceeding goals
Excellent communicator capable of influencing buying decisions
Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to pursue every new opportunity
Licensed in P&C and Life & Health (or willing to obtain quickly with support)
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
