These individuals will manage a strong base of wholesale accounts while expanding the brands presence through new acquisition./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliSales

Account Management/liulliManage and grow an existing client base (approximately 75% of responsibilities)/liliDevelop new accounts through strategic outreach and relationship building (25%)/liliPresent and promote a premium diamond jewelry line across retail partners/liliServe as a knowledgeable and consultative partner to independent jewelers/liliCollaborate with internal support teams for order fulfillment and client needs/liliProvide insight into local market trends and customer preferences/li/ulliTerritory Development/liulliManage your travel schedule and client visits independently/liliLeverage existing relationships while introducing the brand to new partners/liliUtilize marketing assets, samples, and sales tools to drive engagement and conversion/liliRepresent the brand professionally across in-store appointments and local events/li/ulliInternal Collaboration/liulliReceive backend support to identify prospective retailers in your territory/liliPartner with leadership on regional strategy and growth goals/liliAccess resources for account support, payments, logistics, and product research/li/ul/ulpIdeal Candidate Profile:/pulliMinimum 3+ years of current territory sales experience in the fine jewelry industry (required)/liliProven background in natural diamond jewelry and gold lines/liliDemonstrated success managing and growing a multi-state sales territory/liliStrong understanding of retail operations and independent jeweler dynamics/liliExperience carrying multiple non-conflicting lines is a plus (especially for 1099 candidates)/liliEstablished retail relationships within the assigned territory/liliAffiliations with industry buying groups (e.g., IJO, RJO)/liliSelf-starter with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills/lili1099 candidates must not represent or carry a competing diamond jewelry line within the territory/li/ulpCompensation
