Resorts, Inc., is now hiring for a Part-Time Hotels Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Park Plaza Resort in Park City, UT! LHR is an EOE. Part-Time employees receive travel club membership after their first few months of employment, access to Teladoc services, employee assistance program, and potential eligibility for participation in our 401(k) plan./ph3Job Purpose/h3pThe Part-Time Hotel Sales Specialist (HSS) supports the General Manager in achieving and exceeding room revenue goals for this 63-unit property. This role focuses on direct sales execution, account development, and revenue optimization in alignment with company and brand strategies./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliExecute direct sales efforts across Group, Corporate, and Leisure segments./liliProspect new business via outbound calls, referrals, trade shows, and site inspections./liliDevelop and grow key accounts to increase production year-over-year./liliCoordinate group room blocks, rooming lists, attrition, and billing./liliAnalyze STR reports, comp set performance, and market trends./liliSupport pricing, inventory alignment, and displacement decisions./liliCollaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Brand partners./liliSupport the LHR culture and brand standards./li/ulh3Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/h3pAchievement of 100%+ of assigned room revenue goals Meeting segment production targets Development of 5 new qualified accounts per quarter Increasing account production by 1015% year-over-year Completion of 20 sales activities per week Maintaining a 30%+ lead conversion ratio/ph3Work Environment/h3pOffice-based during regular business hours with occasional disruptions. Additional hours may be required during peak periods. Hybrid work possible with General Manager approval. Local travel within a 60-mile radius required./ph3Qualifications/h3pRequired Education: Completion of required brand training Preferred Education: Associates degree preferred Required Experience

Qualifications: 3+ years of hotel sales experience Knowledge of select-service hotel sales and revenue management Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong communication and organizational skills Valid drivers license; local travel up to 10% Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to execute direct sales efforts across Group and Corporate segments Expertise in prospecting new business via outbound calls, referrals, trade shows, and site inspections Capability to develop and grow key accounts to increase production year-over-year Coordination of group room blocks, rooming lists, attrition, and billing/p/div
