Account Executive Momence Spanish Speaking
Join Momence as an Account Executive for our SMB segment, you'll generate new business by running the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery, to closing deals. You'll focus on building meaningful relationships with wellness and fitness business owners while conducting tailored product demonstrations that address their unique operational challenges. Your quota is based on net Annual Recurring Revenue (nARR).
You will:
Generate new business acquisition through the complete sales cycle for SMB clients
Connect authentically with wellness and fitness business owners, understanding their unique challenges and goals
Conduct engaging product demonstrations via screen share
Prospect via strategic outreach methods
Educate and consult prospects on how Momence can transform and grow their business
Identify key stakeholders and decision makers within target organizations
Manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Hubspot)
Build long-term relationships that extend beyond the initial sale
This is a full-time, remote role for which we're considering qualified candidates who reside in and are authorized to work from any location in the United States.
Compensation: Base of $70k and OTE of $150k with uncapped commission
About you: You love closing deals, empowering small businesses, and are driven to crush quotas and goals. You're passionate about connecting with business owners in the wellness and fitness space, understanding their challenges, and helping them grow healthy communities through technology solutions. You have exceptional relationship-building skills and can balance empathy with strategic business conversations.
You thrive in short sales cycles, are proactive, and can adapt well in a startup environment. If you're motivated by commission, have a consultative selling approach, and possess at least two years of closing experience in software sales, this could be a great role for you.
What you should have: While we welcome experience from a wide range of career and industry backgrounds, all candidates should meet the following qualifications for consideration:
2+ years of closing experience in software/SaaS sales
1+ years of experience selling to small businesses
2+ years of experience with inside sales, particularly running live demos via screen share
2+ years of outbound sales experience
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Consultative selling approach
We'll be particularly excited if you also have:
Fluent in Spanish
Experience working in early stage startups, especially in a fully remote environment
Personal or professional experience in the customer verticals we serve (fitness, yoga, wellness, classes, etc.)
Experience working, communicating, and connecting with small business owners
Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas
