This position will be responsible for promoting the CaptionCall phone and service by visiting existing and recruiting new healthcare professionals to provide this service to their patients, demonstrating the product, explaining how it enriches lives, generating leads, and building and managing Provider Accounts. This is a full-time position with potential for career growth and advancement./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliGenerate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall phone and service to directly to eligible users/liliManage a territory through in-person interactions, presentations and events using direct sales methodologies/liliWhen assigned, work with Hearing Care Professionals on the patient certification and referral process/liliRepresent CaptionCall at various events as assigned/liliAdhere to strict compliance policies set by the company/liliUtilize company CRM to log daily activities/liliThe account manager has access to highly confidential, sensitive information relating to the employees of CaptionCall. It is essential that applicant possess the requisite integrity to maintain the information in strictest confidence./liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpSupervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities./ppTravel Requirements: 25-50%/ppEducation: Minimum: High School Diploma or GED/ppKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:/pulliProvide excellent customer service/liliAbility to meet or exceed Account Manager expectations and maintain established goals set forth by department management/liliAbility to work evenings and weekends as needed/liliAbility to drive and travel via air as needed/liliAbility to tailor to unique needs of individual healthcare professionals/liliMust be able to comfortably and clearly present to large and small groups./liliMust be able to adapt to various sales situations and environments/liliMust be reliable, organized and punctual/liliMust be able to work independently/liliAbility to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listening/liliOutside Sales or similar experience/liliFamiliarity with assistive devices for the hearing impaired is a plus/liliExperience working with senior citizens/liliBasic computer knowledge and experience/li/ulpWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:/pulliDaily driving is required.
