Contract Sales Representative

Location: Richmond, VA
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll services and experience with systems such as Paycor, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payroll services sector.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the payroll services industry.
Proficiency with payroll systems including Paycor, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
