In-Office with Regular Travel- Travel: 57 overnight trips every 46 weeks (TX & CA)
We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our clients' business by selling health and medical supplies to School Districts, Head Start programs, and Community Action Agencies. This role combines in-office collaboration with strategic territory travel, including approximately 57 overnight trips every 46 weeks to Texas and California.
The ideal candidate thrives in outbound prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Based in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, you will report to the office during the week while actively growing your assigned territory.
What You'll Do
Make 200 outbound calls per week to prospect and maintain accounts
Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within your territory
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
Present and demonstrate products to decision-makers
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business
Attend state and national conferences and trade shows
Track activity, manage CRM records, and provide territory updates
What We're Looking For
2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
CRM proficiency
Preferred:
Experience selling to schools, the public sector, or healthcare markets
Multi-state territory experience
Trade show or conference sales experience
