With the guiding principle of Relationships Matter, Innovative strives to hire professionals with a knack for connecting with others and building lasting partnerships while continuing to have fun, believe in hard work, and be part of great culture./ppEssential Functions:/pulliResponsible for uncovering opportunities that make an impact and change the game./liliBring success to organizations by identifying multicategory solutions to solve pain points and customer challenges./liliAbility to actively listen and ask thoughtful questions./liliComfortable working with all types of people and trusting team members to help get the job done./liliA desire to carry out philanthropic endeavors and make an impact in the community./liliDevelop and execute annual and quarterly category penetration strategies determined with Sales Director./liliLeverage category experts to help drive profitable business/liliDevelop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of Brand Promise./liolliWorks with Customer Service and Account Coordinators to ensure customer understands ordering process./liliInvestigates and resolves customer issues./liliMaintain company retention rate for your customer base./liliDevelop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts./li/olliAchieve defined sales and activity goals./liolliUtilize CRM for prospecting, account management, activity management and forecasting./liliPerform dashboard activities goals as agreed upon with your Sales Director (New Customers, Insiders, Tours, Business Reviews and Opportunities)./liliUtilize and run reports/tools as necessary./li/ol/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliProven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop and close sales/liliProficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and/or is actively gaining proficiency/liliOutstanding customer service and verbal and written communication skills/liliAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment/liliMust be results oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities/liliKnowledge of products, pricing, competition and sales objectives preferred/liliAbility to succeed in a competitive selling environment/liliIndustry knowledge a plus/li/ulpAs an Innovative Office Solutions employee, you are eligible for medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Short and Long Term Disability, Basic Life and ADD Insurance, Voluntary Life
