Your Responsibilities

Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform and your personal network
Reach out to prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening
Follow up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate the hiring process
Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commission based on your scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
