Pay: 27/hr + Quarterly Incentive Program
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible (Travel within assigned territory required)
As a Territory Sales Manager supporting Meta's wearable program, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of human connection by driving sales and adoption within your assigned territory. This role partners with major wireless carriers to build strategic relationships, influence leadership, and empower store teams through training and execution. You'll own your territory like a business, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to exceed performance goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales background in wireless, exceptional communication and influencing skills, a passion for technology and wearables, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Description:
Sales & Relationship Management:
Drive sales growth within assigned territory by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with wireless carrier partners
Manage the entire sales cycle, from engaging consumers, wireless team members, and leadership to driving ongoing sales
Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier partners, building and maintaining relationships with key field decision-makers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Meta wearable products within the assigned territory
Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success
Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies
Advocacy & Training:
Foster Meta Wearables advocacy within carrier organizations through training and engagement initiatives
Train carrier store leadership and team members on Meta product knowledge, benefits, and sales techniques
Ensure carrier teams have the knowledge and enthusiasm to effectively promote and sell Meta products
Marketing & Initiative Development:
Develop and implement innovative initiatives to drive customer demand, increase sales, and build brand advocacy for Meta Wearables
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align strategies and programs
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including carrier partners, sales teams, and leadership
Present confidently and persuasively to various audiences, including large groups
Influence and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and programs
Personal Attributes & Skills:
Possess deep knowledge of the wireless industry and wearable market trends
Demonstrate strong sales acumen and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Exhibit a passion for technology and a strong belief in the potential of Meta Wearables
Display excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change
Possess the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
Business degree preferred
2-5 years of retail and sales management experience required
Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience is required
Superior leadership abilities with practical, professional communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions, and problem-solve
Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management skills
Must be able to travel 75% of the year to various markets across the Territory and work flexible hours
