Location: Eastern U.S. (Philadelphia, PA preferred) Base: $80K$100K + Uncapped Commission Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite if near office)

What You'll Do
Drive new business across pharma, biotech & med-device clients.
Sell contract, direct hire, and SOW staffing solutions nationwide.
Partner with experienced recruiters to deliver top scientific talent.
Represent the company at targeted networking events.
What You Bring
Minimum 3+ yrs proven success in Life Sciences or Scientific staffing Sales.
True hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Confident communicator with scientific & technical stakeholders.
Eastern Time Zone required; Philadelphia area preferred.
