PAC Commercial Sales Coordinator
The PAC Commercial Sales Coordinator supports the North American PAC business by managing our dealer networks and sales team through business health analysis, product information accuracy and marketing material distribution. This motivated problem solver will oversee monthly dealer wholesale orders, new dealer on-boarding, product accuracy, product positioning and product pricing. This person will be the key point of contact for dealers supporting a Multi-Million Dollar a year business.
Major Responsibilities:
To increase the Retail turn on Triumph Parts, Accessories, Clothing and Lubricants through our Dealer network and North American Sales team
Work in conjunction to support Triumph UK PAC Department to integrate and execute all Global PAC programs
Support the North American sales team daily
Support the North American marketing and press relations team
Improve Dealer support and communication on everything PAC
Manage dealer network PAC sales performance on a monthly basis (Wholesales and Returns)
Enter monthly dealer orders in TOL
Manage dealer inventory and sales reporting to ensure 100% reporting
Monitor dealer inventory levels through the Aftersales Management Platform
Monthly dealer performance tracking: identify key opportunities for dealer level improvement (top seller report, top selling items, top potential growth dealers and biggest opportunity items)
On-boarding new dealers and troubleshooting current dealer issues to improve wholesale and retail sales
Working with key dealers to analyze inventory and retail opportunities
Ensure most accurate and up to date product information and most affective messaging across multiple platforms both dealer and consumer facing
Proofing orders and marketing information for accuracy
Entering and maintaining product information in internal database
Update and maintain electronic parts catalog with new product
Create and update merchandise guidelines for dealer network
Build Planograms
Maintenance of showroom & samples
Product Benchmarking- Price Spec, competitive analysis document
Research competitor product and pricing
Create trend reports by researching and reviewing current industry trends
Attend events and document latest trends
Marketing Point of Purchase (POP) material management across PAC
Provide feedback on POP plan based on dealer driven needs
Assist in forming key strategic partnerships focused on liquidating aged inventory and extending our retail channels
Work special events as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent working knowledge of latest market practices and benchmarking how other organizations do similar things in order to achieve improved processes, services and products
Strong track record of organizing and coordinating a range of planning, budgeting and reporting activities with varying deadlines.
Experience in budgeting and basic financial management (e.g input into management accounts, creating and updating sales forecasts).
Understanding and proven record of marketing and merchandising in a retail environment from concept to implementation.
Proven record creating marketing collateral can include (imagery, Point of Purchase displays, product placements and seasonal displays) across multiple channels (Social, eCommerce, Consumer and email).
Proven experience of achieving results in a team environment and managing customer expectations appropriately
Ability to understand technical product details
Ability to take a data driven approach to dealership problems
Ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment and think outside of the box
Highly organized and deadline oriented with an ability to prioritize
Strong Computer Skills- specifically Excel, Word and Power Point
Ability to manage relationships across a large dealer network
Ability to coordinate PAC integration at Motorcycle events (Samples, marketing material and potential on site set up guidance)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Required to travel to dealers, variety of customer and industry related events, both domestically and internationally ~ 20

Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 Years of Retail / Vendor Experience with an understanding of the Dealer Business Model
Motorcycle industry experience preferred
Training
Immediate training on the job includes a Brand Induction (UK created) to understand the history and vision of the company from a branding perspective
Continued training on internal systems
