Sales Representative - Property Restoration Services

Job Position Description: With a 'One Team' mentality, the Sales Representative will promote and sell restoration & emergency services in the assigned territory, focusing on achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals with an emphasis on a commission-driven pay structure. Grow and develop the customer base by systematically identifying new prospects, making contact, and following up regularly. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met, and established sales goals are exceeded. Diversify the customer base, consistently adding new customers. Ensure timely and effective internal and external communications. Complete customer jobs, meeting or exceeding their expectations, and go above and beyond to provide a world-class level of service, differentiating PuroClean from competitors.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective-to-objective marketing, with a focus on achieving commission-based incentives
Build, maintain, and service a 'top 25 client' list, providing lunch and learns, and promoting continued education courses
Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
Understand, adhere to, and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
Build brand awareness, promote the 'One Team' culture, and demonstrate a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people, utilizing open-ended questions and delivering the brand message
Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines, presenting oneself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting
Compensation: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
