We are seeking a National Accounts Associate who is competitive, curious, and ready to drive growth. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, develop new business, and build relationships with clients across your assigned territory

combining strategic thinking with the hustle to find, develop, and close opportunities. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, takes full ownership of their pipeline, and uses every tool available

including AI

to prospect smarter, engage more effectively, and consistently hit revenue targets.
What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of assigned accounts and territories, identifying and maximizing sales opportunities across current clients, potential customers, market leaders, and key influencers
Drive new business through a high-activity mix of cold calling, follow-up outreach, virtual meetings, and face-to-face engagement

dedicating up to 25% of your time to in-territory live meetings
Use AI tools to accelerate prospecting, personalize outreach, prepare for client conversations, and improve the speed and quality of your sales activity
Research client and market needs to develop tailored solutions that address specific objectives and create compelling reasons to buy
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your manager, with clear milestones and accountability for hitting annual revenue goals
Maintain Salesforce.com as your source of truth

logging activity, managing pipeline, and providing accurate forecasts and metrics that reflect where deals stand and what it takes to close them
Conduct ongoing market research to generate new prospect lists, identify emerging opportunities, and maintain current contact lists for agencies and marketing companies serving your accounts
Represent MJH Life Sciences at industry events and trade shows, staying current on market developments, competitive offerings, and client priorities

and bringing those insights back to the team
Provide strategic input on products and market trends that helps guide the broader sales team
Complete Sales Bootcamp and all required training, and attend mandatory internal meetings and sessions

Experience in cold calling and phone-based sales, with a demonstrated ability to open doors and build relationships from scratch
Strong oral and written communication skills

you are clear, persuasive, and able to tailor your message to different audiences
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously without losing momentum
Quick thinker who adapts well in dynamic environments and finds creative paths forward when the obvious one is blocked
Outgoing and personable

you build rapport easily and clients enjoy working with you
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
AI Capability Expectation

Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their sales or professional work. This includes:
Specific tools in active use and how they support prospecting, outreach, or account management
Measurable impact such as improved response rates, faster pipeline development, or higher activity volume
How you use AI to personalize client engagement while keeping interactions authentic and high quality
Bonus: examples of AI-driven workflows or approaches that have improved your sales results
Compensation Range

$50,000 to $60,000 base per year, plus commission, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program. Compensation will depend on factors including educational background, skills, and professional experience.
