As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Stephanie Chew - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, and bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is open Mon - Fri 9am to 7pm & Sat 10am-5pm. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
