divh2Commercial Lines Account Manager/h2pResponsive recruiter Lowcountry Insurance Services, a member of Correll Insurance Group has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Manager at our office in Port Royal, South Carolina./ppThe Commercial Lines Account Manager will provide a moderate to high level of sales support to the Producer and customer service to clients. The position requires a significant degree of independent judgment and discretion to meet those service levels. The Account Manager will assist in the production of new and renewal accounts in keeping with Agency and individual Producer goals and provide field service in support of Producer activities. They will be responsible for assisting clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. The Account Manager will work with the Producer to design and recommend proper insurance and risk management programs to Agency clients./ph3Client Interaction/h3ulliFoster and maintain client relationships by providing timely and accurate follow-up, quotations, and general account support. Address client needs promptly and professionally./liliRespond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage./liliCommunicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients./liliWork with new clients or support Producer to understand their needs, gather necessary data, research policy options, present options, finalize and bind new coverage, cancel old policies, and work with the Producer to negotiate with carriers when necessary./liliProactively network and plan for new business opportunities, maintaining partnerships to grow the client base through various communication methods (in-person, phone, online, or written correspondence)./li/ulh3Policy Management/h3ulliAssist the Producer as needed with renewal applications./liliProcess endorsements and certificates of insurance accurately./liliReview and assess coverage needs of existing clients at renewal or other times of change./liliSend renewal letters, emails, and other forms of correspondence to customers./li/ulh3Administrative Support/h3ulliUse support tools (electronic tasks and expiration/renewal reports) to maintain an organized and effective workstation./liliSet tasks on conversations with clients, detailing inquiries or changes and action steps taken./liliMaintain accurate records and documentation according to Agency standards, ensure that procedures are properly followed, and readily accessible./liliCollaborate with team members to help assist in answering questions and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed./li/ulh3Equipment Used/h3ulliDesktop/Laptop computer, Scanners, Agency and Document Management Software, Phones./li/ulh3Skills and Qualifications/h3h4Communication Skills/h4ulliStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients./li/ulh4Attention to Detail/h4ulliAbility to accurately process and review policy documents./li/ulh4Problem-Solving/h4ulliAnalyze customer complaints and recommend solutions./li/ulh4Insurance Knowledge/h4ulliUnderstanding of commercial lines insurance policies and products, and ability to determine coverage for various types of losses./li/ulh4Additional Requirements/h4ulliHigh school diploma required/liliHold current and valid Property and Casualty Insurance license or able to obtain one within 2 months of starting the position/liliPossess a supportive and responsive manner with internal and external customers/liliPossess above average computer skills, existing proficiency is strongly preferred in various needed programs, such as AMS360, ImageRight, Excel, and Word/liliAbility to set up and conduct meetings in a virtual environment such as Teams and Zoom including the ability to share screens and make presentations (ex.
